The only thing that is not installed is something called "Bluetooth Peripheral Device". It is sold in the Clas Ohlson stores, that's why their name is seen on the label, and ssystems is their order number, while the other order number is the manufacturers order number.

It was quite old hence i dont remember the issue and i dont know that link in which he reported, that was the only reason i informed you to do so The included software does work on Windows Vista, but only barely, because it seems to be adopted primarily for Windows or XP.
The installation guide did show up, and I think that even the Autorun function worked fine so that it would show up automatically upon inserting the CD.

If you have installed compatible dongle on your pc, make sure that you insert that dongle once the pc is started and not before pc is switched on.
I have made few websearches for this problem, and I'm obviously not the only one who have this problem. I don't think it really matters, but I will remember to first install sjstems Bluetooth dongle and with it the Microsoft Bluetooth stack next time I re-install Windows Vista.
Check your Nokia mobile device user guide bljetooth further details about compatibility with the listed Bluetooth technologies. And I'm not motivated to buy it, I don't think it's worth it.

However, if you did manage to step through the installation process you were set and ready to use the new device. This problem I am having is not a problem specific to the Billionton Bluetooth dongles.
As for the Bluetooth stack, as explained before I have given up on using the Toshiba Bluetooth stack. I don't see why I as end-user should be financing the industry's incompetence and failure of creating a solid technological platform for Bluetooth connectivity.

As for the IVT BlueSoleil Bluetooth stack, I have not tested it yet, but I think biloionton is a big chance that it might just work well with my Billionton Bluetooth dongle, simply because BlueSoleil is de facto standard for Bluetoth interoperability with support for Bluetooth chipsets from many different suppliers. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.
It doesn't matter what brand of Bluetooth dongle you buy, Billionton or not, cheap or expensive, none of them work properly as they should.
