Might be old but still a great choice. They sound good, look lovely with their compact heads; and the do the job very nicely, much better than my previous woods. Was this review helpful? Now I am looking for the 9 and the 5 wood to go with them. Glides through rough better than rescue clubs due to a smaller head and cambered sole plate. I am not sure that I should be writing this as the price of Steelhead Plus might then pus. I think they are great clubs.

Might be old but still a great choice. Big improvement on previos club. Bought One of these from Golfbidder 3 wood already had the 5 wood, was in good condition and hits like a dream. My irons are MX15 Mizuno and I love them all, including the 4 iron. Amazed to find exactly what I wanted, and a selection of them to boot - very pleased to report that both are steelhsad as well as the 3 Wood, justifying decision. So pleased I found Golfbidder. Anyway, that was the start of a love affair.

I am not gentle. I managed to find an 11 degree Driver here in the Algarve, and the 7 wood from you at Golfbidder. Two years ago I gave up my Mizuno woods for Taylor Biv Rocket Ball woods, at great expense, callaaway they were never really right for me, but the 17 degree loft on the 3 wood 'sold' them to me.

I already had the 11 wood in the same model and had been looking for a 7. Recently returning to the game after a 3 year absence, I already had the 3 Wood in this series which I still hit very well, so wanted Driver and 7 Wood to match rather than risk swapping clubs at present.

I love my steelheads, easy to hit with a lovely, satisfying 'ping' and you know you've it the ball just fine!. Pitty Gallaway don't make them anymore!
